Alianah Humanity Welfare, a growing charity focused on global aid and community impact, required a modern digital presence and a more efficient way to manage donations. We were tasked with designing and building both their website and a custom donation platform.

The project involved creating a high-converting donation experience on the front end, directly connected to a custom-built backend dashboard used by staff and trustees. Through this system, the team can track donations in real time, manage campaigns and appeals, and access detailed reports — all from a centralised platform.

The backend also includes key operational tools such as:

• real-time donation tracking and reporting

• campaign and appeal management

• recurring donation handling

• offline income logging and reconciliation

• data exports for reporting and compliance

Everything is designed to give the organisation full visibility and control behind the scenes, while keeping the donor experience simple and seamless. This ongoing project provides Al Ianah with a scalable platform to support growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain transparency across all fundraising activities.
